mercades r350 code p2009

had engine replaced in my 2007 Mercedes r350. Few days later check engine light came on with code p2009. Repair shop said not covered under engine warranty. code in intake manifold flap. please give more info to cost, repair time. should this be covered under warranty?

If this is a short then no this would not be cover with a warranty. The reapir time on this is at 2 hours . The cost for this varies.
