my car is reporting P2009 / P0489 and P0243 codes any ideas which one is causing the problem.

I recently had all glow plugs changed. The car has gone into limp mode. There is a loss of power and the car will not rev above 3000. Prior to this the car did not cold start, you had to switch off then on again for it to fire.
