The coolant loss has to be found out.P0128 usually is resolved by replacing the thermostat or the coolant temperature sensor. (coolant temperature sensor are prone to high failure). A radiator pressure test has to be performed. as for the engine oil since this engine is a turbo it uses a high amount of oil consumption unless it burning oil or leaking.
