over heated the coolant? also have changed oil after overheating and it still shows change oil

I have a 2001 cadillac Dts it has overheated and i have flushed the system, changed oil no fluid (coolant) present still wants oil changed and runs to rough.

Cadillac especially your year make and model blows head gaskets very easy, once overheated you can be sure you have a cylinder head plrobem,
