I have a code p0300

Question

I have a 2003 infiniti g35 and it is idleing really rough at stop lights but on the road it drives fine. I have a p0300 code on the check engine light.

This is a multiple cylinder misfire code. It can be caused by several items. Intake manifold vacuum leaks, bad mass air flow sensor, faulty ignition coils or spark plugs. The biggest problem is the computer is not sure which cylinders have the problem. In many cases a simple tune up can help resolve the problem.
