no codes before hole developed, after hole hard fault showed up.

This code is for the bank 1 heated O2 sensor. It is possible that a leaking exhaust could cause this code to appear. I would repair the exhaust first, then clear the code and drive the car. If the code comes back, then replace the sensor.
