My subaru fan never stop

Fans are always on, even with engine off and key on ignition.

Cooling fan always on. replace the cooling fan relay which is located at the underhood fuse box listed as Main Fan Relay.There should be 2 relay for the fan listed as Main Fan relay 1 and Main Fan relay 2. This vehicle has a sub fan , if the sub fan is the one running replace the sub fan relay.
