What is a pissible resion of VID corropted?

Pcm showing fault coz of VID corrupted or reprogramme something is showing.
Cooling fan not working as temp sensor in working and also cooling fan is OK but cooling fan relay is not energize because of negative supply its not getting, fuse all checked and OK, Colling fan only run when I give -ve supply to one terminal of coil of relay.
Please help me coz dealers saying to change pcm as my car clocked only 14000 km

Vehicle: 2016, ford, figo, 1200 cc petrol.
