P0480 Cooling fan 1 control circuit

P0530 A/C pressure sensor circuit malfunction

You found found the problem, if there is no ground command from the PCM test it at the PCM to verify the PCM, It is also good to get to the root cause for P0530. There is a TSB about this code condtion that Chevy has produced, TSB # 02-01-38-003, titled A/C inoperative / Engine surge, .the a/c runs along the 5 volt refference which when it goes low affects the other sensor on its leg. What happens with the connection of the a/c harness is it breaks due to its length being short, Do the P0530 code condtion first before P0480.

Here the wire location for the a/c pressure sensor.harness that tends to break here

Here a diagram for the cooling fan to test it at the PCM.
