P0113 Dodge -overheated changed radiator! But also took thermostat out and is still out

It's sputtering and misfiring

Vehicle: 2004 dodge ram 1500 slt 4.7l

I would think the water pump is not working if it is still overheating (if the fans are coming on), or the coolant temp sensor is not working which showes the car overheating but it is really not overheating.
