Multiple check lights Chevrolet Tahoe 5.3- 2010

Question

Yesterday about 10 minutes after filling my gas tank, I got a series of lights and indications. "Traction Control Off","Stabilitrack Off", "Service Traction Control", "Park Assist Off", also the Parking Brake light, traction control light and ABS light all came on. I drove 3-4 miles back home. The lights were on and off during that drive.
Today the lights have been on and off again and I noticed now that it is shifting hard from 1st to 2nd and I can feel a difference in the traction almost like the 4 wheel drive is engaged. I went to an auto parts store and got a code scan which indicated multiple lost communication codes, "Lost Communication with ECM", "Lost Communication with PCM", "Lost Communication with Transfer case". There were 12 codes in all I think and all seemed to be communication codes. I read somewhere last night that abnormal ethanol content in the fuel can cause lots of computer operation issues and since I had just filled my tank when this happened I'm wondering if this could be the problem.

Having abnormal ethanol content will only set a lean code condition, It will not cause of lost communication code at all.When a control modul stop communicating on the serial data circuit the module could of loss power or ground.and if it happens other control module on the serial data circuit would recieve that a State of Health (SOH) message.in the abscence of that module a DTC would be set.The module that did not set a DTC is the one that is faulty or abscence.In other word the more DTC the better the SOH.You just have one faulty module only this has nothing to do with fueling the tank, For now check the charging system and the vehicle battery connection especially the ground cable not just at the battery terminal but also at the ground connection.
