2003 Ford Escort ZX2 with engine code P1381. At idle low oil light flickers on, and by raising rpm by 100 light goes out. oil is full. Engine runs smooth

The code is for cam timing over advanced. This is run using oil pressure. Since you may have an oil pressure issue, you should have this checked with an oil pressure gauge. If it's low pressure causing this code, then you should replace the oil pump.
