P0446 represent test the EVAP system for blockeage or a restricted EVAP vent path by monitoring the FTP (fuel tank pressure) sensor. If a inspection to the EVAP vent has no blockage or restriction, then you have a failed FTP sensor not reporting correctly.which is located on the fuel pump module.
