1999 Chevrolet Suburban C2500 LS 6.5L Diesel with engine codes P0370 and P0251

Question

it stared on a trip from fl to n.j., in n.c. I drove on to jersey found out the lp was bad replaced pump, and filter put in 2cyc oil, bled system, ran for a wile and the codes were able to clear, drove around went back to fl. put about 2000mi. on it,than I than had to run back to jersey got to vigina, same codes cam back, had to go back to fl. so i flew back and than lew back to jersey to try and fix it again, funny thing is i started the truck up and it ran like nothing happen, than again the codes came back after 30 or so mi. sop 1.i install a new pump again, didn't work, then order a pmb kit with 6ft harness ,it didnt work , am i into a injection pump, or is there something else to try

P0251 Injection Pump Cam Sensor Circuit

P0370 Timing reference high-resolution system performance

P0251 and P0370 codes together all the time, If you installed a new pump and air is in the system you can get this code. or if you are running out of fuel. If the pump is timed, you may need an optical / temperature sensor for the fuel pump.
