On my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3L Z71, what is code P0446?

The code description is incorrect purge flow.

Basically the evap system purges when the engine is running. This is accomplished with the purge control solenoid. Incorrect purge flow means the sensor that sees the system pressure isn't happy with the readings. This could be the result of a bad pressure sensor, purge control solenoid or an issue with the vent control valve on the charcoal canister.
