2004 suzuki verona is throwing a P0128 code

my daughter has a 2004 suzuki verona, it has been throwing a code P0128 for awhile, can not seem to find any informationon regarding this or how to fix it, please advise

This code is for the engine coolant temp sensor. In most cases replacing the coolant temp sensor will resolve the problem.
