P0171 Fuel system lean (Bank 1)

What you have is a lean misfire condition, where there is more air than fuel ratio false air such as vacuum leaks that gets past the MAF (mass airflow), Inspection of vacuum hoses that are disconnected or ruptured need to be inspected and the PCV system should be inspected also.
