found code p0740, transmission going bad. Internal failure, loosing pressure. recommendations?

Would like to have some suggestions. Do I need to replace with a remanufactured transmission?

P0740 TCC clutch solenoid

This is a very common problem with Honda, Wrong transmission fluid can also set this code, Honda has there own fluid , So if you are not using Honda transmission fluid you get this code, If this is truly caused by low pressure,a rebuild will work just as well, When doing a major repair get an evaluation of the engine condition and overall body condition, And the cost of this repair should not exceed the value of the vehilce.
