2000 galant v6 my transmission wont catch have a p0740 code

P0740 Torque convertor clutch circuit  (TCC)  malfunction

Is there any other code condition along with this code, P0740 can be set when other related transmission system is inputed. If this is byitself it would be with the TCC being a open circuit or shorted circuit
