P1682 Buick -

Question

I have a 2008 buick enclave that had a leak in the sunroof which leaked down into the carpets and flooded most of the car including the battery. I now have a check engine light on which is reading a P1682 code and the airbag light is also on. Everytime i start the car and attempt to shut it off the car hesitates to shut off. I have replaced the battery, positive cable, ignition switch and powertrain relay. The check engine light also stays on while the car is off. Any idea of what the problem can be?
