P1682 Chevrolet - metering oil pump failure why?

Factory automatic start doesn't work just clicks to is this related?

P1682 Ignition  1 circuit

This code is for the ignition 1 circuit there are 2 ignition 1 circuit, one of them supplys power to the starter , and the other supply power to to the ignition TAC (Thtottle actuator circuit) In the engine fuse relay box just for a starting point for a solution replace the starter relay and the powertrain relay.
