U0101 Ford - Can it be bypassed?

Have U0101 on 2012 Ford Focus SE. Wiring harness was severed in minor accident. I'm trying to get the car running to take to body shops for estimates so I spliced all the wires back. I have headlights and running lights out so not everything is plugged in. After the accident the transmission selector indicator stayed in drive even though we could easily push the car...thinking it was actually in neutral. After disconnecting the battery I now have no indicator light on the gear selector.

Does anyone know how I can get this to run?

is everything connected back? if you connected all the wires it should be fine
