I have been working on my 2005 Acura MDX for several weeks trying to identify and repair the ODB codes I have. I started with all the cylinder misfire codes which were fixed by replacing the spark plugs and a couple of faulty ignition coils. I was still throwing several cylinder misfire codes and cleaned the EGR ports which fixed all but the P0172 code. What would be the next step in determining the cause and fix for this code. So far I have managed to do most of the work myself but am not a real car guy so taking it to my mechanic is not a problem. Just looking for possible fixes. Thank you.

P0172 Fuel system too rich Bank1

Causes: MAP sesnor (mainifold absolute pressure) ,Air fuel ratio sensor (known as oxygen sensor),Vtec system ,EGR system, intake air leak, fuel injector, engine valves.

This vehicle system is a speed density , so any vacuum leak will cause a rich running condition which affect MAP sensor operation..So will engine oil that is overfilled.A partial plugged EGR will still cause this code and not code up a EGR code, The next best step is a intake or fuel induction cleaning,
