Location of Transmission Control Module on 2002 Acura MDX?

I have searched the internet looking for the location of the TCM...before I get my car torn apart, I'm wondering if anyone knows where it really is... I'm reading it's under the hood next to the battery, under the center console, or behind the trans...HELP!

Your 2002 Acura MDX does not have a dedicated Control Unit for the transmission, instead, the transmission control and diagnosis are performed by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). The PCM is behind the center dash.
