My 2008 Saturn Vue has code p0446. Where is EVAP Vent Solenoid?

code p0446 received. can't easily fill gas tank. pump cuts off as if it is full. when gas cap is removed, compressed air rushes out with a "sssss" sound. 105k miles.

What does EVAP Vent solenoid look like and where is it located?

Vehicle: 2008 Saturn Vue FWD 4 cyl.

The vent for this is mounted to the canister under the vehicle.
