99 Nissan Altima keep blowing fuse 40

Question

everything started when I REPLACE THE cluster custom made but, didnt work put the old one back but didnt work needer so now the fuse keep blowing and don t want to start . I replace the starter and little hornest for the switch . thinking that will fix the problem but didn t do it .
do only thing left is that the security alarm came on and the anti-theft activate and it s not working . I replace the relay too.

Do you have a picture or location of the 40 Amp fuse that is blowing?  I think there is more than one. did you had the problem before you you installed the custom cluster?

No ,it s ignition switch fuse there are 3 more fuses with 40 that one it s alone on the fuse box the  other ones are together.
