why does p1682 keep blowing ecm throttle fuse

Everytime, most of time turn ignition. Fuse pops ...fault p1682. Fuse 5 underhood
Vehicle: 2008 Chevrolet silverado

Fuse 5 keeps blowing , and setting P1682, check the connection to the 02 sensor upstream , this is more than likely caused by a short to the 02 sensor
