2004 Saturn L300 V6. The fuel pump does not come on. The fuse is good. I have replaced the relay with a known working identical relay. When testing the 7 pin connector at the tank there is no power to the pump. Is there anything else that could stop the current from getting to the pump?

The fuel pump circuit is energized for 2 seconds when the key is first turned on. After that the power for the circuit comes through the oil pressure switch when there is oil pressure. Check engine control fuse-10 amp in the underhood fuse block. Check & see if the fuel pump relay clicks for 2 seconds ,when the key is first turned on. The engine control module supplies the ground to complete the fuel pump relay circuit.
