My girlfriends car was stalling out randomly so i used my uncles scanner and it came up with these codes: P0132, P0141, P0152, and P0431.  I reset the codes and drove the car with the scanner plugged in until the check engine light came back on.  The first code that popped up was the P0141 code, so as far as i know i am supposed to replace Rear Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 , but i am having a hard time finding this sensor.  If anyone has a diagram or any information it would be greatly appreciated.  thanks and by the way my girlfriends car is a 2001 Saturn L300 with the 6 cylinder 3.0Liter.

I have the same problem, i fixed the stalling issue with a new Crank Position Senssor(CPS).  Its about a 15 minute job, i replaced both downstream o2 sensors after the cat and that did not fix the problem.  I checked continuity through all 4 wires and all are good.  The P0141 code says the driverside rear sensor is bad.  By the way my girlfriends car is a 2004 Saturn L300-3
