- Code P0230, no power @ 30 amp fuel pump fuse, no click from fuel pump relay when toggled on & off

Question

I ran a diagnostic check found the code p0230. I check the 30 amp fuse and it OK. No power @ 30 amp fuel pump fuse and I toggled the fuel pump relay on & off with scan tool. I'm thinking the PCM is at fault, is there a way to check to confirm the PCM is at fault. Thanks

P0230 Fuel pump relay control circuit

Test the circuit at the relay 85 this is where power from the ECM would come from it would also be alot safer to test it at the ECM to confirm. Also keep in mind that this vehicle had a recall for the fuel pump module being non operation  due to the fuel pump heating the fuel pump battery module, The worst to happen it can short out the PCM fuel pump battery at the ECM.
