I have 2008 kia sedona hace p0018 and cyl #2#4#6 miss fire, the eng have no power, what is best way to check it ?

Usually on these when you have these codes and misfires all on the same bank of the engine, the issue is with the timing belt. It may have jumped time, usually this is the place to start.
