P1354 Toyota - misfire 2,4,and6

I'm working on my girlfriends friends 01 rx300 and it has a few codes and am thinking p1354 is a major lead to the series of codes p0300, misfire codes for 2,4,6 and p1150. It has 226k miles on it, slipping in first gear, and not going into od.

Vehicle: 2001, lexus, rx300, 3.0
