Hello, I have a problem with my Honda Accord 2004 Automatic 30 hp Dhour sign TCS always Baastmrar with the flashing sign D and the lack of momentum where the problem lies and thank you very much

When the  "D" light flashes a problem has beed detected in the TCM (transmission control module),If you where to turn the vehicle off and let it cool down does it shft properly then start to get rough shifting in stop and go traffic?
