On my 2003 Nissan Maxima 3.5L why are my TCS & SLIP dash lights constantly? Thanks

This is nromally caused by a faulty wheel speed sensor or bad wheel bearing. The traction control works off the abs, so if one of the sensors fails it will cause the lights to come on. There are seceral parts to the system including a yaw rate sensor and a steering angle sensor. You will need to have the codes read from the ABS control module to determine the cause of the failure or at least where to start looking for it.
