I got a p1345 that comes up on my scanner on my 2000 gmc Sonoma 4.3 Auto 4x4 I put it in time piston is at top dead center and rotor button facing the number 6 on the dist housing it fires up and runs great sometimes I’ll get a little miss but it runs great what can I do to fix this issue also I got a pigtail that has 3 wires going into the coil the center wire ain’t hooked up to anything and can’t find where it goes it’s a hot wire when ignition is turned on would this wire have anything to do with code p1345
