2005 maxima getting c1132 code

Question

I have a service Engine now light come and the codes I got were C1132 and

U1000. Can aynyone explain what the issue is and how to fix the problem please?

The code means that at some pint the Engine Control Module (ECM) lost communication with others control units. The factory suggest clearing the codes and retihgt and clean harness grounds.
