p0171 code what is the fix?

I clear the code, then disconnect o2 sensor before cat converter (I did not see any code)and I got this reading.

MAF 3.76
MAP 35
IAT 95
IGN ADV DEG -8.7
ST FT 1% 0.0
LT FT 1% 16.4

ST FT 11% 0.0
FUEL SYS 1 open
FUEL SYS 2 n/a

I don't get any code, but with this reading I hear traction control tries to activate and after some time ABS and TCS light comes on?

No when you clear a code the long trim goes to 16.0 and that normal and short start out at 0, Its now fixed, The data is still to young
