p0171 code what is the fix?

Now I have million doller question. I replaced almost everything, fuel pressure looks good. Car is running good, but still code 'P0171' is there can't go away. Everytime I cleared the code that comes back within two/five minutes, and emmission fails.

What could be?

Clear the code again and disconnect the MAF sensor, start the vehicle and see if P0171 codes up again,We will narrow it down, If it doesnt code up with the MAF disconnected we can narrow it down Also does your scan tool have live data?
