p0171 code what is the fix?

I replaced MAF sensor, disconnect cable, started and got 'p0102' and then 'p0171' and 'ABS'and 'TCS' came on. I connected code reader and I got these readings.

MAF 3.76
MAP 35
IAT 95
IGN ADV DEG -21.6
ST FT 1% 20.3
LT FT 1% 16.4

ST FT 11% 20.3

Short fuel trim and long fuel trim, 20 + 16 this is way too much ,its  adding fuel it correcting for a lean condition. short and long should be no more that 10 not 36, Dont replace parts any more, P0102 coded up due to the disconnection. Can you do this again this time just the fuel trim and the MAP with ,the vehicle running at idle,
