where should i start my TS with a P2101 code on a mitsubishi lancer?

check codes on my car wich is a mitsubishi lancer and found a p2101 code which it has to be related to the throtle actuator control module circuit range, car also has a p0420 dealing with catalyst system too low are this two code related and where can i start my ts?

P0420 Warm up catalyst below threshold

When you get P2101 Inspect the harness and make sure the connectors are making good contact, This code more than likely means your throttle actuator control motor failed.The whole throttle body is repalced.As for P0420 do a tune up,worn sparkplugs do cause lean conditions,Lean condition can also be cause by oil entering the sparkplug through the valve cover causing lean conditions,
