The P2072 code came up along with a P2101 code using the in vehicle test with the ignition.....I understand the P2101 code kinda sorta but the P2072 code is about ice blockage? For more specific info it only lists fords. Is there more specific info for a Chrysler 200?

HI there,

Basically the code P2072 means the throttle plate is unable to move. If the ambient air temp is below freezing in your area then it is going to point towards ice blockage. When the PCM sees this, it will initiate a deicing mode. Heating the throttle body and motor. If after a preset time it doesn't help and the throttle plate still will not move, this code will be set. It assumes the deicing mode didn't resolve the issue so there must be a problem with it and the car will be set to fail safe mode. You will not be able to accelerate past idle speed.

The P2101 simply means the computer sees a large difference between the pedal position sensor and the throttle position sensor. This is expected when the throttle plate will not move.
