P1174 GMC - canyon3.7L

this code is showing up p1174 is showing up 123 cylinders are missing on my gmc 5 cyl canyon 2008 please help thanks anita

P1174 Fuel trim balance

This code is just telling you the condition of the engine, you have a misfire, this can be ignition related,there is a tendency for the sparkplug well to get water from outside source so you will need to inspect for that and,a vacuum leak can cause this problem
