I got the engine code P1174 on my 2008 Chevrolet Cheyenne 5.3L, how do I fix this problem?

Hi there,

This code is for a fuel trim malfunction on bank 1. This can be the result of a bad intake manifold gasket or a problem with the front O2 sensor. Check for leaks at the intake, if you don't find any, then the next step is to replace the O2 sensor. Bank 1 is the driver side of the engine.
