P1221 Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit Low 1995 S10 blazer

Question

I am not sure if this causes my car to sortof pop or cut out or if its the cold weather because it only does it somedays. Usually a constant temp outside tho.

P1221, Fuel pump secondary circuit low. for a 1995 do you have the OBD 2 connection? During cold start up fuel is greatly needed till it reaches closed loop then there the ECM uses the 02 feedback to adjust emission and drivability,If the vehicle cuts out or pops out when does this do it, is it at idle? or in gear ? The reason I say this is P1221 may not apply to this year, but yes a low circuit to the fuel pump will cause you to srall or hesitate,so go the the engine fuse junction box, there its listed on the cover replace fuel pump relay
