Replaced the clutch and now receiving the p09300 obd code

Question

I replaced the clutch on my 2006 xterra and now receiving the P0300 code what could be causing it.

P300 Random misfire, You know that the crank position sensor recieves it signal from the flywheel, There no way it could of been installed mismatch, Random misfire means there are more that 2 cylinder causing the misfire,Go first with the obvious look for false air such as disconnected vacuum hoses,especially at the MAF (mass air flow) the MAF boot may of dislodge, Ignition coil  harness getting dislodged,cam position sensor getting disconnected
