P1660 Output circuit signal high, What does this means,simply put your car is not going to start.Go to the engine junctionb box fuse,look for the main fuse and see if it is blown or open,also the main relay,this can also set due to a bad ignition switch, another clue when you turn the ignition on does the check engine light come on,if it doesnt  more than likely you may need a ECM.
