I have a 2004 Camry v6 and check engine light won't go off is there any cheap quick fix?

Hi ! Can any help me with a quick fix on this ridiculous code and check engine light with the CA emissions . There killing us. I have replaced a cat  for $ 2800 and I have replaced  both cat o2 sensors performed by Toyota themselves at $798.  And I still have a check engine light issue .Can anyone help please please I have no more funds and no help and since I'm a female  I've been took by these crooks. Where are all the honest people.? Thanks

This all depend on what the CK ENG LT came on for, The code that is set is what the ECM sees as a malfunction
