P0731 NISSAN - what could cause my car to bog down when acclerating even when in park?

It seems like it doesn't want to shift and like its not getting enough power. Car will not go over 2k rpms

You may have a clogged Catalytic Converter which is causing the P0420 code. If the engine runs with low power and bog down it may also trigger the P0731 code, but the P0731 code is not the cause of the problem.
