On a 2003 Mercury Sable, what does the OBDII 1450 code signify?

I have a 2003 Mercury Sable 3.0 Engine and the service engine light codes for OBDII Code 1450. What does this code mean? My gas tank is also hard to fill the last quarter of a tank. Does this have anything to do with the code?

This very well could be part of the problem with filling the tank. The code means there is excessive vacuum in the tank. This can be the result of a vent control valve that is stuck closed. When you fill the tank the fuel vapors go to the canister. When the engine is running the vant control valve has to open to allow the engine to pull the fuel vapor. If that doesn't happen, then the canister fills with vapors and the car will have issues when filling the tank.
