P0160 obdII code came up on the freeze data an not on the regular scan what does that mean?

Code did not come up on regular scan so I went into the freeze data and it came up

This code is for the rear O2 sensor performance.

Nissan actually has an updated sensor for this and a reprogramming bulletin for the computer.

The fact that the code came up with the freeze frame data means at some point there was an issue. It may not be happening right at the moment.
